SURVEY OF UNIVERSITY/TAFE WRITING COURSES - Institutions which received responses

In some instances I did not add individual responses received in my survey.

• This was because some respondents listed 2 different institutions so I had no way of knowing which was the target institution.
• In some instances the response was incomplete so in effect rendered itself null.

There were a couple of responses which seemed slightly compromised, or lodged by someone with a vested interest, but I have included those.

This document might grow if further responses come in. Its content is linked with an article I have written for WQ, the Queensland Writers Centre newsletter. There I look more globally at some aspects of tertiary level writing courses.

The pages here consist only of responses to the survey.

The results ended up with something of a Queensland slant, a perspective I initally tried to avoid by emailing the survey to all state and territory Writers Centres and also other organisations which represent writers e.g. Australian Society of Authors. However these are the responses that came in:
